I would like to thank Ben and the Estaterealty team for the professional service of selling my home in Karabar. From the time when Ben first inspected my home and then listing on the internet, the house was sold within 11 days. It sold for the price I wanted and I was extremely happy. I had bought a house down at the bay and the signing of the contract and settlement was on the 8th for both houses. Estaterealty kept me informed of the happenings during the sale and after.
